Dylan, Cash, Harrison Reissues And Archived Titles On The Way In 2004![]() A box set celebrating the British Invasion, a sixth volume of Bob Dylan's Bootleg Series, a thematic Johnny Cash anthology and new versions of George Harrison's solo albums are among the spotlight titles set for release in the spring of 2004. Also scheduled for re-release are upgrades of the Fleetwood Mac catalog, and the classic soundtracks of American Graffiti, The Big Chill and Easy Rider. The 40th Anniversary of the British Invasion will be celebrated with a multi-disc box-set due on February 24th. February 24th will also see the reissue of the six albums Harrison released on his own Dark Horse label between 1976 and 1992. The albums are Thirty Three And 1/3, George Harrison, Somewhere In England, Gone Troppo, Cloud Nine, and Live In Japan, which will be released as double SACD set. All single albums are said to include bonus tracks. A box set entitled The Dark Horse Catalogue, which will contain all six albums, plus a bonus DVD, will also be released. The new addition to Bob Dylan's bootleg series of archival releases is set for release on March 9th. The 2-CD acoustic set is entitled Bob Dylan Live 1964 -- Concert at Philharmonic Hall. The still-to-be scheduled 2-CD Johnny Cash anthology is said to be organized by theme, akin to the Love, God, Murder box set which was released in 2000. Deluxe editions of Fleetwood Mac's classic mid and late '70s albums -- Fleetwood Mac, Rumours and Tuskâ¹are said to feature such bonuses as outtakes and rare tracks, compiled by Lindsey Buckingham. They're due in late spring of 2004, postponed because of Fleetwood Mac's current world tour. Late spring will also see expanded editions of three classic American soundtracks albums: American Graffiti, The Big Chill and Easy Rider.
